    Inventory & Check - In Report


    A residential property inventory is an essential document that provides a written benchmark for the beginning of each new tenancy. It is a structured document providing a highly detailed record of the property’s state of condition and all it’s fixtures and fittings. Our inventory reports include details of walls, ceilings, floors and furnishings.     At the Check In, we will meet your tenants at the property. It provides an opportunity for our clerk to go through the inventory report, discussing any key points with regards to the fixtures, cleanliness and overall condition of the property. Meter readings are taken. There will be the opportunity to amend or query any discrepancies that may have taken place between the Inventory being carried out and Check In.

  • Check - In Reports

    At the Check In, we will meet your tenants at the property. It provides an opportunity for our clerk to go through the inventory report, discussing any key points with regards to the fixtures, cleanliness and overall condition of the property. Meter readings are taken. Tenants are advised to revised sign the report. There will be the opportunity to amend or query any discrepancies that may have taken place between the Inventory being carried out and Check In.

    The interim inspection is a periodic visit. It gives you an insight on how your property is being maintained by your tenants. It records the general up-keep, cleanliness and condition of the property during the tenancy. Interim inspections are usually conducted quarterly, 6 monthly or annually

  • Check - Out Reports

    Check Out Reports


    The Check Out report is a snapshot of condition of property at the end of the tenancy. In absent of an original Inventory Report a Check-Out Schedule of Condition inspection will be carried out. Our Clerks will compile a report that will include specific details with regard to the general condition and cleanliness of the property. We will also note any visible changes and defects within the property. Where possible we will take the meter readings and if the Tenant is present, we can accept the return of the property’s keys on behalf of the Agent or Landlord.
