At the Check In, we will meet your tenants at the property. It provides an opportunity for our clerk to go through the inventory report, discussing any key points with regards to the fixtures, cleanliness and overall condition of the property. Meter readings are taken. There will be the opportunity to amend or query any discrepancies that may have taken place between the Inventory being carried out and Check In.
